This site is operated by Eric Oh DDS MS LLC, doing business as Sora Dentistry, 271 US Highway 46, Bldg G, Ste 109, Fairfield, NJ 07004, (973) 808-4373, hello@soradentistry.com. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean Eric Oh DDS MS LLC.

Accepting these Terms

By using this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You cannot create an account, log in, pay bills, or post content on this site today. There is no online payment on this site; if we add one, we will update these Terms first.

This site is information, not dental advice

Information on this site is general dental education, not advice about your mouth. Reading this site or contacting us does not make you our patient or create a dentist-patient relationship; that happens when we examine you at the office.

Emergencies

If you have a dental emergency, call us at (973) 808-4373. If you are having trouble breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. See our emergency care page for what to do while you wait. When we are closed, call and leave a voicemail — it alerts Dr. Oh, who will call you back as soon as he can. If it can’t wait for a call back, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Appointment requests

When you ask us for an appointment, you are asking for a time, not booking one. Your appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Accuracy and clinical claims

Every case is different. Descriptions of treatment are general, and results vary from person to person; no outcome is promised. Some images are illustrations created to explain treatment and do not show actual patients or results. Any patient stories on this site are shared with the patient’s written permission and describe their experience, not what your result will be.

Sora Dental Savings Plan prices shown on this site are fixed monthly fees: $25 a month for Child Complete, $35 a month for Adult Complete, and $65 a month for Perio Complete. These prices are valid through December 31, 2026. Your actual treatment cost is set after examination.

Our content

The content of this site — text, images, logo, and the Sora Dentistry name, a registered trademark of Eric Oh DDS MS LLC — belongs to Eric Oh DDS MS LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use; anything else needs our written permission.

Links to other companies

Links to outside sites — such as Clerri (our savings-plan platform), Google Maps, and any CareCredit or Cherry application links we share with you — are provided for convenience. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you leave our site. The lender, not our office, decides whether to approve you. If you apply through our office, we see only whether you were approved and the approved amount, not your application details.

Sora Dental Savings Plan

This plan is not insurance. The plan’s terms — coverage, cost, and cancellation — are in the plan agreement you accept when you join, which controls over our Sora Dental Savings Plan page.

Using the site responsibly

Use this site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

Please do not:

• break into, overload, or interfere with the site;
• scrape the site, or send us spam or malicious code;
• impersonate anyone, or request an appointment for another adult without their permission;
• send us another person’s health information.

This site is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should request a child’s appointment and will be the person we contact.

What we do not promise, and limits on our responsibility

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is; we do not promise it will be error-free or always online. To the extent New Jersey law allows, Eric Oh DDS MS LLC is not liable for losses from using this site or from outside sites we link to. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under New Jersey law that cannot be waived by contract, including your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, or limits our responsibility for the dental care we provide in the office.

Your responsibility to us

If you misuse this site (for example, by sending malicious code) and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim. Ordinary use of the site does not trigger this.

New Jersey law applies

These Terms and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The date at the top is the date the current version took effect. If we make a change that matters to you (for example, a new way we use your information), we will post a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated version.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and test the site against it — readable contrast, text alternatives for images, and keyboard navigation.
