Rebuild · Restorative Dentistry & Implants

Rebuilt precisely, with the long run in mind.

A broken tooth has more than one good answer — a porcelain filling, a crown, a bridge, or a single implant. We start by understanding your tooth, your bite, and your plans, then rebuild precisely using digital design.

How we think about rebuilding a tooth

Every restoration starts as a digital design, and we favor the least invasive option that will last.

Designed before it is made

Every restoration begins with a digital scan of your mouth — no trays of impression putty. Dr. Oh designs the repair on screen before anything touches your tooth: the shape, the fit, the bite.

Porcelain fillings

When decay or a chip is small, a porcelain filling rebuilds just that area — nothing more. The ceramic is matched to your enamel in color and strength, then bonded so the tooth works as one piece again.

Most porcelain fillings are completed in a single visit. They are also how we replace old metal fillings that have worn out, without moving to a crown before one is needed.

Crowns & bridges

A crown covers and protects a tooth too damaged for a filling, restoring its shape and its share of your bite. A bridge closes the gap left by a missing tooth by anchoring to the teeth beside it.

Dental implants

A dental implant replaces the root itself — a small titanium post that supports its own crown, without involving the neighboring teeth.

We place single implants deliberately — careful imaging, an honest conversation, no pressure toward the most involved treatment. Sometimes the right answer is the simpler one.

Designed digitally, made precisely
Your restoration is planned on a scan of your actual mouth, so the fit is decided before the work begins — not adjusted afterward.
Materials that behave like teeth
Porcelain and ceramic restorations sit close to natural enamel in translucency and wear, so the repair reads as a tooth, not a patch.
Conservative by default
We save healthy tooth structure wherever possible. The least invasive option that will genuinely last is the one we recommend.
Your options, in plain terms
Filling, crown, bridge, or implant — we lay out what each involves, what each costs you in time and tooth structure, and let you decide.
Built for the long run
A restoration is an investment. We check yours at every recall visit so small issues can be caught before they become second repairs.

Common questions

How do you decide between saving a tooth and replacing it?
By how much healthy structure remains and how the tooth carries your bite. Whenever possible, we favor keeping more of your natural tooth.
Does a single implant involve the neighboring teeth?
No — an implant supports its own crown on a small titanium post. A bridge instead anchors to the teeth on either side.
Will the repair be noticeable?
Porcelain and ceramic sit close to natural enamel in translucency and wear. The repair is designed to read as part of the tooth, not a patch.
How long does the process take?
A porcelain filling is typically completed in one visit; crowns, bridges, and implants take more than one. Every mouth heals on its own schedule, so we set an honest timeline at planning.

Your visit, step by step

Planned on screen, checked at every step.

STEP 01

Scan and plan

We take a digital scan and the imaging we need, look at the tooth together, and talk through every reasonable option — including doing less.

STEP 02

Design

Dr. Oh designs your restoration digitally, shaping it to your bite and the teeth around it before it is ever made.

STEP 03

Place and restore

The filling is bonded, the crown or bridge is seated, or the implant is placed and later fitted with its crown — each step checked against the plan.

STEP 04

Protect at recall

At your regular hygiene visits we examine the restoration, the bite, and the gum around it, so what we rebuilt stays rebuilt.
